2D and 3D Shapes digital task cards (Boom Cards).
There are 30 task cards for students to practice identifying 2D and 3D shapes.
These digital task cards can be used as an independent center during your math content block or an easy way to track progress one on one. Boom Cards can also be displayed to use in small and whole groups.
2D and 3D Shapes – Includes:
- 10 Questions – Name the shape and find the word
- 10 Questions – Look at the shape and find it’s match (real world application)
- 10 Questions – Is this a (shape)? Answer Yes or No
2D Shapes Included – circle, triangle, rhombus, square, rectangle, trapezoid, pentagon, hexagon, octagon
3D Shapes Included – sphere, cube, cone, cylinder, pyramid, triangular prism, rectangular prism

To use , you must be connected to the Internet. Boom Cards play on modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge). Apps are available for Android, iPads, iPhones, and Kindle Fires. For security and privacy, adults must have a Boom Learning account to use and assign Boom Cards. You will be able to assign the Boom Cards you are buying with “Fast Pins,” (play provides instant feedback for self-grading Boom Cards).
