Phonics Sound Wall – Grapheme Phoneme Cards

Create a sound wall featuring phonics sound spellings using these real photo cards!

I created a visual sound wall using these picture text cards featuring phonics skills for K-2! It was an amazing reference tool for our literacy centers, word work, and writing activities!

There are 135 cards featuring real photos – the cards are 5 x 7″ and come in a secured PowerPoint – print OR display.

There are also phonics text cards to use as labels for each of the sound wall cards. Please download the preview to see the variety of words

Each card features a high interest photo that serves as an “anchor” to reinforce the most common phonics sound spelling. These cards are ideal to create a sound wall, but are also sized for small groups and centers

Technology Tip – These cards can also be displayed digitally with any screen device that opens a PowerPoint.

Have fun practicing K-2 phonics skills with these real photographs!

PLEASE NOTE: This file is in full color and is not editable. There are TWO sets of the same phonics cards – one set has the phonics sound underlined in black; one set has the phonics sound highlighted and underlined in red.
