Skip Counting by 10 Place Value Base Ten Binder

SMART IEP Goal

Given visual models using base ten blocks, the student will independently skip count by tens to identify and record quantities with 80% accuracy across 3 consecutive sessions, as measured by teacher-created work binder data.
