If your students can’t work independently, everything depends on you

Most independent work problems aren't about the students. They're about the system behind the tasks — and once that shifts, everything else gets easier.

Sound Familiar?

You've already tried the TPT downloads.

You've searched for task ideas, printed the activities, and hoped something would finally stick.

Some of it works — for a day, maybe two.

Then a student needs you to get them started.

Then another one.

And the small group you were supposed to pull?

It doesn't happen because you're not sure what everyone else would even be doing.

Here's what most teachers don't say out loud:

“I feel like I should have this figured out by now.”

You're not behind. You just haven't had a system that actually holds.

More materials won't fix it. A system will.

Meet the TASK BOX CLUB 👋

Your all-access library of structured, low-prep tasks — and the system that makes student independence actually stick.

Streamline Your Routines

Every task is built to fit into a predictable routine. Teach it once and your students know exactly what to do — without waiting on you.

Prep Less. Teach More.

Print what you need, when you need it. Low-prep tasks designed for real classrooms, reusable all year without rebuilding anything from scratch.

Independence Starts Here

Clear visuals and predictable structure guide students from start to finish on their own. That's what makes independence stick.

“This is hands-down one of the best tools I’ve used to build student independence. I can work with a small group while others stay focused with tasks that truly meet their needs. It’s a huge time-saver—and I finally feel confident knowing every student is working on something meaningful.”

-Holly

Quick Answers to Common Questions

How do I get access to the task boxes?

When you enroll, you'll receive a login. Every week (almost every day!) new arrivals are added to the growing library. Simply log in and see what's new! It's basically Netflix for special educators.

What grade are these resources for?

All tasks are intended for a students' independent level, which will vary from child to child. The current grade ranges are preschool, early elementary, mid elementary, and upper elementary. Take a peek at the library here: https://positivelylearningblog.com/membership_resources/

Can I purchase these task boxes on TPT?

All of the downloads are exclusive to the club. If you've already purchased on TPT, you will never have to worry about any duplicate resources.

If my teaching position changes, can I cancel or get a refund?

Cancellations are simple – you can cancel your membership at any time and your subscription will not renew. There are no refunds for the months you have an active subscription.

How do you set up task boxes?

Inside the club, you'll have access to all the resources and support you need to get your task box system up and running in your classroom. There are student visuals, data tracking pages, and more – plus a community for task box enthusiasts just like you!

Are these the same resources as the shop or TPT?

The membership library is exclusive. No duplicates — ever. Do you see something in the store that you'd love to see in task box format? Let us know! We keep a running list of member-requested skills as we plan future new releases.

Can my school or district pay for my club membership?

Yes — many teachers use classroom, department, special education, or professional development funds to cover their membership.

To make the approval process easier, we created a simple printable letter you can share with your principal, special education director, or purchasing coordinator.

The editable letter explains:

what the membership includes
how the resources support independent work systems
how the membership can support special education classrooms throughout the school year

“100000/10 would recommend. Students know what to expect, I don’t have to explain things five times, and the whole day runs smoother.”
